Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item's current condition.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the hair in its original bundle wraps and silk bags, then ship the package back to us using a carrier that provides tracking information.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team verifies the product has not been cut, colored, or worn, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
